Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of Pullboard, a work order and scheduling service provided by EZMVP, a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Pullboard you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you sign up.

Your account

You're responsible for the people you invite, for keeping passwords private, and for everything done under your company's account. Tell us right away if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

Subscription and billing

  • Pullboard is billed monthly in Canadian dollars, per user, plus applicable tax. A user is anyone with a login.
  • New companies get a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and each company can have one trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged.
  • When you add or remove users, your bill changes automatically and is prorated.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
  • We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after that.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. No refunds for partial months.

If a payment fails and isn't fixed, your account is locked until it's paid. Your data is kept, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your data

You own the data you put into Pullboard, including your customers' details, work orders, notes and photos. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You're responsible for having the right to enter your customers' information.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pullboard to break the law, to send spam, to upload harmful files, or to try to get into other companies' data or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why where we can.

The service

We work to keep Pullboard running and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll email account admins before it takes effect. Continuing to use Pullboard after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
