Questions
- Who counts as a user?
- Anyone with a login: admins, dispatchers and technicians. People you've invited who haven't set a password yet don't count.
- What happens after the free trial?
- You enter a card to start the 14-day trial. When it ends, you're billed monthly on that card. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
- How do I cancel?
- From Billing in the app, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Do you give refunds?
- No refunds for partial months. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- What if I add or remove people?
- Your bill adjusts automatically, prorated.
- What if I stop paying?
- Your account is locked, but your data is kept. Pay again and everything is where you left it.
